Kajiado Sports Fest

Updated: Oct 18, 2020

After 4 days in Maasai land engaging the community in sports, evangelism, culture night, Kikao and sawazisha gumzo, it was time to bring it all to an auspicious end.

Spread Truth Africa was in the good company of Principal Secretary Julius Korir, National Youth Council CEO Roy Sasaka Telewa, Chairperson Youth Advisory Board Debbie Bobi, Sowed Kenya CEO Karanja Muraya, Kajiado Deputy County Commissioner and officials from the Kajiado county government.

The winning and participating teams were awarded for the efforts shown on the football and volleyball games.

In the prayer time and alter call, 32 souls said yes to Jesus!

In all these things, we can only say all glory and honour to God.

The sports teams got on the business end of things. Competition was fierce but in good spirit.Earlier in the morning, close to 500 young people were engaged in a Kikao session with the focus mainly being on substance abuse.

5 souls were added to the kingdom! We are so grateful to God for this.

This evening, we bring the day to an end in style. As we celebrate the diverse cultures in the area, we shall be having prayer declarations for the youth by the youth.
